Terms of sale and license
These terms apply when you buy Kaneda, a beta seat or the Kaneda Method. By completing a purchase you accept them.

Who sells
Kaneda is sold by the business named on your Stripe receipt ("we"). You can reach us at support@kaneda.sh.
What you buy
The full license and a beta seat give you the Kaneda software as source code, its recipes and the written method, as a download.
The Kaneda Method gives you the written method only.
Each is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Your license
One person may use Kaneda on their own computers and change it for their own work.
You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the code or the method, and you may not offer Kaneda to others as a hosted service.
The videos you make are yours. Kaneda claims no rights over them.
Your API key and your provider
Kaneda calls third-party video APIs, such as Higgsfield, with your own key. You pay the provider for what you generate and you follow its terms.
We do not resell access to any provider and we are not affiliated with Higgsfield or any other provider. Providers can change their prices, models and rules at any time.
The spending cap, the free quote and the repeat protection are tools you control. You remain responsible for the charges your key makes.
Consent and content
You must have the rights to every photo, video, voice and character you use, and the consent of every real person who appears in them.
Do not use Kaneda for illegal, deceptive or non-consensual content. Label generated content where the law asks for it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once by Stripe at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Beta seats
Beta seats are limited to the first 100 buyers. In return we may publish one case study with your recipe.
We publish it only with written consent from you and from anyone who appears in it, and you can withdraw that consent before it is published.
No warranty
Kaneda is provided as it is. Results depend on the models and providers you use. The numbers on this site are our own measurements, not guarantees.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Kaneda is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for charges made with your API key.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms follow the law of the country where the seller is registered, except where your local consumer law gives you more rights.
